Announcments

COMING SOON!

After much crafting and website voodoo, the RS Norfolk Shop will be online to take orders soon...

Once it's live, you can buy calendars, newletter back issues, show tickets (when available), window stickers, and more, directly from the website!

Upcoming events:

Our Xmas Party, this year held at the Holiday Inn at Norwich Airport, will consist of a four course meal, live Queen tribute band, licensed bar, and disco til the wee small hours, which should be enough of a night out for most people!  December the 11th if you're coming, but if your name isn't down, you ain't coming in! Cool

Next meet:

Our next meet is Tuesday 26th January 2010.  To find your way to the meet, click here for directions.  There is NO meet in December - our December meet takes the form of our Xmas Party, which will be the dog's danglies.  Please don't look for us at the Lodge in December as we won't be there, but normal service will resume in the new year.  Cool

Newsletters Print E-mail

What is it?

Much like any other club, we produce a newsletter each month, which contains articles written by our members.

When you come to one of our meets, you'll be offered a Newsletter, for the princely sum of £1.50.  If you choose to buy one (we won't force you to, but we highly recommend you do so you can get a better impression of what we're about and who we are), you'll automatically become a member of the Norfolk branch of the RS Owners Club.  If you're coming for the first time, you will be asked for some details - this is purely so we can keep in contact with you to keep you informed of events, and so we know where to send tickets should you decide to join us at a show.

Sadly this doesn't give you a membership to the national RSOC, but if you do wish to join the RSOC as well, please take a look at their website www.rsownersclub.co.uk for more details.  It's definitely worth it!

We don't have any annual membership fees or anything like that and there's no obligation to continue coming if you feel we're not for you, all we ask is that if you do come along to join us, and you're feeling generous, please do buy a newsletter.

In time, you might find that you want to see your name in print - and you can!  Keep the group up to date with your projects and ambitions through the newsletter.  It's there for you, so please feel free to use it.  The deadline for submitting articles is generally the Friday before the next meet, but in exceptional circumstances, we might be able to squeeze you in at the last minute.

If you missed an issue, and would like a copy, back issues of newsletters can be ordered from our online shop.
