Look what I just found Steve:

It's allegedly still on pistonheads, but the thread says it's sold

Great minds think alike Chris, i saw that car on there a couple of weeks ago when it was still for sale...... your right mate, that car is STUNNING and its exactly what i'd want, with a detailed history and spec like that, its almost pornographic
BUT
wrong timing sadly, i've got a bit saved but not that much!!
LOL!!!

HA HA
........ That Series 1 was purchased due to "ALLEGEDLY" having exactly the spec i wanted, what with Cosworth wheels yes BUT also Cosworth brakes, stage 2 head and turbo, koni's and other bits and pieces...... was a little more than just the wheels

On the fiesta subject, and being the geek i am
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Ford-Fiesta-1-1-LX_W0QQitemZ270288019166QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item270288019166&_trkparms=39%3A1%7C66%3A2%7C65%3A7%7C240%3A1318&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14#ebayphotohosting
That, is a fiesta 1.1 lx with the super rare RS body kit. All original and legit. Check the side skirts and front splitter! Chances of finding one of them is like finding a unicorn. Seriously
I know its only a pissy 1.1, but look how MINT it is!!! (shame about the different coloured wing mirors tho)

That looks rather minty mint
That would be quite cool with a proper engine and some better wheels!

Wow, that
IS
a rare old beast!!!!!
If you look carefully, you can even see the FORD/RS logo's stamped into the rear bumper extension around the exhaust!! Its got electric windows etc as well, must have had every box ticked on the options list when new!!
At that price Steve, i think you've found your mint shell
Just needs your engine, suspension, exhaust, wheels, interior and a bit of colour coding and you're there!!

Bloody hell that was nice! Don't kill yourself looking at cars you can't yet buy mate, just look when you CAN buy them! Ok, less fun, but less frustration too!!!
Think the same advice would go for women, but I'll leave that for another thread... LOL

Or, rather than putting the silly box back on, remove the dump valve and listen to that lovely chatter
Looks alright though
