Anyone fancy putting their car on the rollers?
«

Another forum I frequent are hoping to hold a rolling road day at APT on the 2nd of November, but due to a few people being afraid to stump up the cash, they're looking for a few more people to join in, as it's a Sunday and I'm sure Christian and Gary wouldn't be impressed if about five cars turn up!
Cost is £40 for three power runs, I'm sure a few of you have been there before so know the routine. They require a £20 deposit ASAP with the rest payable on the day. I understand many of you will have put your cars away now, but it's open to all makes and models so don't feel ashamed to bring something non-RS, though it would be nice to show people what the Fords can do.
I'm almost ashamed to say the site is
www.eacruise.co.uk
, so there will I'm afraid be the odd Saxo in attendence, but they are a nice bunch of guys and girls, and it would be good for those who have bothered to pay (ie me!!!!), to not have to be disappointed!

I think we could manage 600 brake between us
(My contribution would be the smaller one of the two
)

I don't think it'd make 200bhp, I think it'd be about 195

LOL, yeah can't argue with that............. 9/10 times they DO get around 195 and don't hit the claimed 200!!

Glad to hear it guys, nice one. Just getting the details for you Churchy. Or if you prefer, I can pay on your behalf and you can send me a cheque, but have asked for the necessary.
Aaron and Chris, when can you let me know about this? The sooner the better really would be good, as there isn't long to go.
And come on Steve, if I can do it, so can you

Can do it what ever way you want, so long as I can get it back if it doesn't go ahead!!! Is it full amount, or 20 quid deposit, 20 quid on the day???

It's £20 deposit and £20 on the day. I'll have a word with Mike the guy organising it and see what's the best way. We'll see how many they've got confirmed.
And I shall see what I can do about the link

You and Churchy both have PM with payment details
Closing date for this is now Thursday, so Chris and and Aaron, if you could let me know asap, would be good to see you both.
And Steve, sort it out and come along

No problems mate
Forgot to add, this is a 9.30 start. I think people will be meeting at the Asda on the ring road in the morning, at around 8.30 ready to head out to Lenwade. But if you would rather meet there, then that's fine-diddly-ine
Come on Steve, come with us, you know you want to see what the STs got!!!
