Right some of you know a few months ago bought a fairly half desent 2wd cossie but needed a good engine overhaul so decided to throw a lot of money at it and build a 450bhp car.

heres from start to now!

plans
Emerald ECU
New Loom
Reconditioned Gearbox
New Clutch
Grey Injectors
T4 Turbo
Head Ported and polished
Bigger Wheels
330mm Disks and Calipers
Mapping Session by Dave Walker
Respray
Full polybushed
Stronger Rear Antiroll Bar

old engine when bought it





Head got removed and sent to Impulse Developments to have a 500bhp spec head built







Engine come back from Damico for a .50 rebore and decking


Preping ready for painting

Painted


My brand New T4 Turbo original aswell

 Looks like it's gonna be an awesome motor when it's done, the porting on the head looks sweet, love those wheels on there thats what i'm hoping to fit on mine at some point.

well actually i sold my old t34 but now im going up 2 stages to a 500bhp build so ive having away with my t4 and going GT35 and new JE pistons and Farndon Rods.

just picked up a long studded 200 block aswell

That is cheap for 500bhp worth of porting. Did they fit everything back in it so it came back complete?

Good job petrol prices have dropped with them cams in lol, its like having 8 little men with buckets tipping fuel into the chambers lol!
