I think they should try what I've said all along, and somthing that has worked well in Poland. Why not shut off the road around the harbours mouth, make it one way, and let people drive like tossers out of everyones way.

 I agree with yer there,  they reckon in Poland that by doing that it cut the amount of accidents involving racing on the streets, but the prob with this country is that it's so wrapped up in health and safety and insurance it ain't gonna happen, plus the police here won't want to be seen endorsing racing of any kind on the streets organized or not.
