2008 Xmas meal

12th December 2008 at the Holiday Inn  Norwich  Airport, a 3 course Dinner with Queen Tribute Band & Resident DJ finishing around 2am. £46 00 per head.
 If we book and pay the full amount before the end of July  we get 10% reduction taking it to
£41.40 per head , but non refundable.
 
We agreed £10 00 paid from Club Funds to Members only whom attend the Meetings on a regular Basis ( decision to be made by the Committee) Thus making £31.40 for regular members.
 
It was suggested maybe you would like to pay a little towards it at each Monthly Meeting ,but could you please pay Matthew £5 00 per head deposit at the July Meet then i can confirm the numbers with the Hotel.

The Hotel is also offering a Room @ £45 00 for 2 people with Breakfast but don't leave it too late i know a few of us are already interested in Staying, once again let Matthew know on the 29th.
 then i can confirm the numbers with the Hotel.

Ha, I'd love to but as I said - moving into my new gaff in Little Plumbstead. Plus, the xmas meal payment is required now, where as i have to write off the Ford Fair as just extra expense sadly!

Steve, try and get to the police gala day if you fancy it mate........ thats a bit more local what with only being @ the showground and i think we're all the same when i say it'll be nice to not have to drive 150ish miles to get to the show... cheaper on petrol too
