Adenauer-forst   Approx 6.5km from start.


Fuchsrohre    Approx 6km from start  (Fox hole in english)

Hatzenbach   Approx 2km

Strech between Quiddelbacher-hohe & flugplatz   Approx 3.7km

Stielstrecke just before the Karussell   Approx 13.3km

wehrseifen Approx 9km

Strech between Flugplatz & schwedenkreuz   Approx 4.8km  Very fast.

Karussell   Approx 13.6Km  Sh*t ya pants time
