There is a good scrappy at Dereham, called Warmers, for door handles etc tel no: 01326 695187.
The window rubbers can most likely still be got new from East Kent trim people, I recently bought a bumper strip for a cossie off them, pattern but ace quality, look for advert in the likes of Classic Ford, Retro Ford, etc
As said NEW struts are available, if not from ford then defo pattern, including locking ones.
The sunroof rubber does not normally come off the sunroof as they are normally bonded(well), had the same problem with my cossie, is the seal actually damaged or are the drain holes, at each corner of the bodywork blocked, as this allows water to back up, and normally conmes in through the interior light.
As for the temp gauge, I just hope it is has not been bodged to hide something sinister.
Anyway make sure it is connected at engine end, if it is then EARTH out the single wire that leads  to it, after of course removing wire from temp sender, if the gauge goes all the way to max/red then it is a duff sensor, if the gauge does not move then you need to look at gauge and do a continuity test on the wire.
Congratualtions on buying a nice car, need any more help just post away.

It defo sounds as though the pipes are blocked, these run from the corners of the bodywork surrounding the sunroof, down through the body of the car, and empty onto the ground, or in the sills on some(stupid idea, the sills), I would wind the sunroof back and check the drain tubes are clear, I always take OUT the sunroof, and lube up all the mechanism, then clean the seal etc, and apply silicone grease, sparingly to the seal, then put back with stainless screws with coppaslip, though some are a royal pain to get out.
I always go to this scrappy so might see you there!!
