Later ones (post 89) are a dark blue, pre 89 ones are a lighter blue.

Nope - same size, just a darker background.  I think the front and rear are the same size.

the newer ones - dpeending what one you get as there are loads - is smaller and darker with a brighter silver outline and also is deeper

I jotted down the part number if anyone wants it, just gotta find it as need 2 for me cabrio

The ones on my RST were light blue and that was 1989...... just to back up what Chris said lol!!!
