Hi All,

On the 7th of May 2011, I am completing a sponsored 5 mile walk for the NACC, National Association for Crohn’s and Colitis. Crohn's and Colitis UK aims to improve life for everyone affected by Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), the most common forms being Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis. Together these conditions affect about 250,000 people in the United Kingdom. Currently there is no cure for Crohn’s or Ulcerative Colitis, so any extra funding the charity receives can help towards their research.
