Sorry everyone for my lack of presence on the old forum of late but as time goes on i just seem to be busier and busier. Hope to see you all at the meet tonight , and as a little treat i have a sneak preview of my article..... Well, more some pictures of the carport taking shape than anything else. just because i know the black and white pictures will look crap, especially as they were taken in the dark.

Nice to see you back in these parts Matt, 't has been a while!

I don't know if you've seen it, but there was a little snap of some parts of your old MK6 that I acquired in the images section!

Here are some pics of it in the daylight as well as the Pectel monitor and Air injectors that i have aquired.

Daz, the plan is that when we come to sell the house that it would be possible for the new owners to lay a concreate pad and clad the walls in ship lap, add some french doors and hey presto, home office come garden room. This is half the reason why the frame and roof are as substantial as they are.

I won't have them fitted for quite some time as i have do make a dash pod for the screen from that spare heater vent and control housing i aquired some time back. Plus i need a chip with the correct data stream output to run the monitor.
I will fit the screen and boxes myself and get Harvey to do the connections and chip.

I will be moving the clock to the left where one of the vents was and fitting the screen in the space left by the vent and clock, i will also be moulding in some extra swith holes to house the LED's and control knob.
