Congratulations to me  Grin

I've just passed my second Microsoft exam: 70-291 - Implementing, Managing and Maintaining a Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Network Infrastructure.  It sounds much more impressive and interesting than it actually is.  It's one step beyond "Restart the computer, everything will be fine", it's largely about making sure that computers are able to talk to each other, which is more difficult and alot more complex that you'd think!

2 months of toil and xenophobia have paid off, so I'm now well on my way to a full MCSE qualification. thumbsup

I did about as well as I thought I would - the pass mark was 700, I got 764.  My older brother who's done the same exam, and been doing the same job for nearly 20 years said "That's higher than I got!"

Well done chris - i know from my friends that have done the Programming Microsoft exams, that they are a massive ball ache and rather tough, so i expect the infrastructure ones to be as hard. Good job

Sometimes I wish my head wasn't full of useless facts about DHCP, DNS, WSUS, BIND...
