Nice Grin

Never got a chance to speak to you tonight Gav, what was the final power figure? Smiley

Pictures from the 25/3/10 last day of mapping, I would be happy with 370-375, I will put the dyno sheets on soon,

Here they are pictures of the final dyno run 25/3/10,

Nice smooth power & holds well!

Power, Boost & Torque at each rpm, again I think it makes good power & torque and holds it very well.

387bhp @ 6060 rpm
384lb torque @ 4060 rpm
Top Job, well done everyone!

Can I have another passenger ride  Grin

Awesome stuff, you must be well chuffed Gav. I may have missed this somewhere earlier; have there been any transmission upgrades? As obviously you're pushing things there (as Churchy found out!)

You missed nothing, I have no plans on doing anything to transmission at this stage.  I hope it will last  Wink

Even if I turn the boost down, the gearbox will still need replacing eventually!  Hopefully driving like Steve (sorry) and turn boost down will allow me to drive & enjoy my car again after 29 months!

few more pictures courtesy of Jim, I think these were taken on the 6/4/10 @ 16.40 if the exif picture data is correct.
Not had any communication with Jim or Harvey so I am not sure how the installation is going or when it will be ready.

Engine is back in the car, at this point it has not been run in the car yet, (not sure if it has now!)

new oil breather pipes, breaths from both sides of the block to a pro alloy breather tank,

note the new turbo oil line, with brackets on the cam cover lead to a turbo oil filter.

air injectors at the front,

reservoir for hydraulic clutch kit

heat wrap water pipes near turbo,

Jim also found this little problem with one of the front brake discs!
