Looks like another freezing cold car show, with the same cars you see everywhere. Think I'm starting to get board with the whole scene a bit now, maybe I'm just getting old?

Yeah, there was quite a few local cars there (especially from our area) and yep... it WAS freezing!! thick fleece and hat weather for sure......... it is October tho Wink

For me, it was a nice change to see something a bit different to the usual tho. Love my Ford shows it goes without saying, but lets be honest, we do see the same cars every year, especially on the concourse lol. The drive up there is always one of the best bits  Cool

Think it's more of a social thing now. Knowing people through clubs and forums, spread over the country, so it's nice to see people in person and have a chat, and it's nice to be with so many like minded people.

You do get the same cars at a lot of shows but I've really enjoyed this year's season, been great fun, and as Steve says, the drive to a show is always great fun.

Wouldn't have minded coming to this, but couldn't get back sadly.

That poor ST200 with all the white bits on though  Sad

Yep, each to their own and all that, but lets just say when you think of how my one looks, that one is "not my thing" LOL! I mean, Ford got the car spot on as it is imo so theres no real need for black lexus rear lights, black tints, stripes, mk1 mondeo arch extensions, a ton of stereo, st200 stickers everywhere, ltd edition stickers from the saloon on the boot lid and dash, chrome bits, morrettes AND............ revving it really hard from cold. tut tut tut!  Be told

Yeah I definately get your point, they do get a bit samey. I went to a few different ones this year which livened it up a bit, but it was still the same cars mainly.

Drive would be good I reckon!

Ther's nothing better then going out for a drive with your friends, especially at night. Used to do that with my friend in his scooby, and my other in his bmw, back when i had a car that could keep up!

The track is where it is at (especially the 'Ring! Wink).  Once you have done this, you will find every static car show boring as fuck.

I just think you have an itch that you need to scratch, as it is pointless having a car like yours that gets used to only 10% of it's potential 90% of the time  Funky Banana.
