They're not that much of a handful to be honest, and they will let you know that oversteer is coming with that tiny bit of understeer right before the tail lets go if you're pushing it hard in the corners - they do grip really well when pushed hard though, just bear in mind there is a limit.

Learning that sensation is essential if you're going to drive it hard. Having the suspension properly sorted helps enormously, as I'm sure Monsieur Rainbird will be happy to tell you.

If you're not paying attention, you can run out of talent and become another victim of the Cosworth. Complacency (generally from car thieves) is what gave them their reputation.
Just make sure the rear tyres aren't slick (particularly on the inner edge) and you should be fine if you've got a heavy right foot

Also remember the rules that apply to full throttle also apply to the Veyron:

- Is the road completely clear?
- Is the road completely dry?
- Is the road completely straight?
Only if the answer to all three questions is 'Yes' can you plant it...
